Jack Urquhart received his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1973 He is licensed to practice in U.S. District Courts--the Southern District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, and the Western District of Texas. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals--the U.S. Fifth Circuit, the U.S. Sixth Circuit and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
